1、 Secretary Chen Jianhua gave a lecture on the new Company Law for Guangdong Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd

In order to help state-owned enterprises deepen their understanding of the new Company Law and assist them in operating legally and compliantly, Lawyer Chen Jianhua, Secretary of the Party General Branch and Chairman of the Partner Meeting of our firm, was recently invited by Guangdong Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. to give a special lecture on "Key Points of the Revision of the New Company Law and Interpretation of Several Issues Concerning State owned Enterprises". This lecture was held in a "live+online video" format, with nearly 300 participants from Guangdong Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. and its more than 20 municipal branches (subsidiaries) in the province.

Lawyer Chen Jianhua, with the theme of "The Impact of the Revision of the New Company Law on State owned Enterprises", elaborates in detail on the impact of the revision of the new Company Law on state-owned enterprises from the background of the revision of the Company Law, special regulations for state-owned companies, party leadership, board construction, risk prevention and control of state-owned companies, new requirements for state-owned enterprise operation, and the impact of state-owned enterprises on foreign investment. He also analyzes the solution ideas based on practical cases.

The lecture was detailed and in line with the actual operation of state-owned enterprises, providing participants with a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the new Company Law, and providing legal support for state-owned enterprises to fully implement the new Company Law and operate legally and compliantly.

In order to deepen the study and accurately grasp the connotation and essence of the new Company Law, further enhance the ability of enterprises to operate in accordance with the law and regulations, and promote high-quality development of enterprises, recently, Lawyer Liu Jichun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of our firm, was invited to give a training lecture on the new Company Law for Guangzhou Development Zone Transportation Investment Group.

Secretary Liu Jichun introduced the background and main objectives of the revision of the new Company Law, and then provided a detailed interpretation of the major revisions in the new law, helping everyone to learn and understand the changes in the new Company Law in a timely manner, understand the opportunities and challenges that the new changes bring to the development of enterprises, and provide legal support and guidance for the future development planning of enterprises.
