On December 1, 2023, in order to deepen the study and implementation of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and further strengthen the construction of the city's labor dispute resolution team, the Guangzhou Federation of Trade Unions, the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court, and the Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau jointly organized the "Diversified Dispute Resolution, Harmonious Coexistence" labor dispute resolution skills competition.
